About Our Biotensor

How it works

Originally developed by German scientist Dr Josef Oberbach, the Biotensor combines the concepts of the biofield, the energetic field associated with living systems and a tensor, an instrument designed to respond to subtle changes in tension and energetic movement. The Biotensor features a finely balanced sprung-steel antenna connected to a weighted brass ring. When held correctly, the instrument responds through subtle movements that practitioners interpret as energetic feedback. It can be used to explore a wide range of energetic influences, including electromagnetic fields, Earth Radiation, human-generated Bioplasmic Radiation and energetic imprints associated with environmental or planetary influences. The Biotensor is commonly used to assess energetic disturbances within homes, workplaces and other spaces, as well as to explore balance and changes within the human biofield. Unlike a conventional electronic EMF meter, the Biotensor is designed to respond to subtle energetic influences rather than simply measure electrical field strength. Its results are interpreted through the user’s technique, experience and sensitivity.

Is the Biotensor as accurate as an EMF meter?

The Biotensor and an electronic EMF meter are designed to assess different types of influences.

An EMF meter measures specific electrical and electromagnetic readings, while the Biotensor is designed to detect and assess a broader range of subtle energetic influences. According to Orgone Effects® testing, the Biotensor can indicate the extent of ionising EMF fields and energetic disturbances that may not be identified or measured by conventional EMF meters.

The Biotensor may also be used to assess human biofield disturbances, Geoelectric Ground Currents, Earth Radiation and other energetic influences that are outside the measurement capabilities of many standard EMF meters.
