After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with instructions for booking a suitable time for your personalised phone consultation with Gerard. Be sure to include your mobile number to be contacted on.

Yes. Remote Property Readings can be conducted for properties located anywhere in the world.

As the assessment is completed remotely, Gerard does not need to visit the property in person. Your consultation will be arranged at a suitable time based on your location and time zone.

This provides time for Gerard to discuss the reading, answer your property-specific questions and provide guidance based on the findings.

Yes. You are welcome to discuss particular rooms, spaces or areas that concern you during your consultation.

For example, you may wish to ask about a bedroom, workspace, living area or another part of the property that feels uncomfortable, heavy or energetically different.

No. The Remote Property Reading is completed entirely from a distance using your property address, Google Earth imagery and Gerard’s intuitive assessment and dowsing experience.

Your personalised discussion is then conducted by phone, allowing you to receive the reading without arranging an in-person visit.

No. A Remote Property Reading is not a psychic or spiritual reading.

Gerard Bini conducts the assessment using his experience in Intuitive Building Biology, dowsing and energy assessment to identify electromagnetic and environmental energy influences associated with your property.
