Orgone Effects Australia is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service/Admin Officer that will be responsible for day-to-day office tasks, sales, customer service and order fulfillment for our company. Working both independently and in a team this role will help to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met through exceptional customer service and adequate office organisation.

You will be trained to understand our products and our customers’ needs in such great detail that finding the right products for them becomes second nature. You will develop relationships with wholesale clients and check in regularly to ensure their needs are being met.

A day in this role will involve answering phone calls and emails promptly and with compassion, generating invoices and labels for orders and assisting the factory team with order picking and packing when necessary. You will be required to keep a clean, tidy and well stocked office and greet physical and virtual customers with a warm, friendly smile.
